  1. How do I join the club?
    Joining is fast and easy! Go to the sign-up page, choose a membership plan... and instantly begin enjoying the finest art of celebrity fake images available on the entire Internet! Your membership gives you full access to all Fakeclub areas.

  2. How will this transaction appear on my statement?
    At Fakeclub, we understand that some clients prefer not to have any records on credit card statements for joining an adult site. As billig appears only the name of our billig agent, there is no reference at all to Fakeclub. It is discreet and ultimately confidential.

  3. Is is safe to send my credit card details through the Internet?
    Yes - All payment transactions are sent via secure connection and handled by our authorized sales agent. They uses secure servers with SSL protocol to encrypt your payment data and keep it secure. In addition, all your payment data is kept confidential and not disclosed to anyone - not even Fakeclub has access to your credit card information.

  4. Are the memberships recurring or one time payments?
    Your membership will automatically be renewed for your convenience until you cancel. Ofcourse it's possible to cancel the membership anytime, please read below.

  5. Can I cancel my membership?
    Yes - You can cancel your membership anytime. The easiest and fastest way to cancel a subscription, is by using the billig agent's support center. They have customer service representatives available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

    Users who signed up with iBill please go to the iBill Customer Support.
    Users who signed up with PSW Billing please go to the PSW Customer Support.

  6. Can I share my membership with a friend?
    No - A member's username and password must not be distributed to others. This site, under law, must hold the member liable for any unauthorized breach of membership resulting from their actions. Software has been installed on the server to track use of login details to a user's IP address. In the event of a breach of this condition, the membership will be automatically terminated by the software and no refund given to the user. More information can be found in the Terms & Conditions.

  7. Are there any restrictions for joining Fakeclub?
    You must be over 18 (21 where required) years of age and the viewing of adult material must be legal in your country or region. Please also read the Terms & Conditions.

Member Area Access
  1. How do I access the club areas with my login?
    Your login is valid for all areas. To access any club area, just go to the area and when prompted, enter the username and password exactly as you specified them during the subscription process.

  2. I cannot access the member areas using my login.
    1) Please make sure your membership has not expired.
    2) Double-check to ensure that you have entered your username and password exactly as they were specified during the subscription process. Note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive. APPLES is different to Apples. Also check that the [CAPSLOCK] on your keyboard is disabled and that your browser has cookies enabled.
    3) Clear your web browser's cache and history to remove old passwords from the memory. Restart your web browser. (Note: To restart your web browser, please close all browser windows.)

  3. I forgot my password.
    In the event that you forget your password, or cannot access the site using your login details, contact support@fakesclub.com, to investigate any problems you experience while attempting to login. Please always include your username and subscriber id.

  4. I suspect my login is being used by another person.
    If you suspect that another person is using your login details to access the member areas, contact support@fakesclub.com immediately to request a new password. Please always include your username and subscriber id. If you fail to contact support@fakesclub.com, you are liable for any actions performed using your account as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

  5. I can no longer login to member areas, yet my login was working recently.
    Please make sure your membership has not expired. If your payment cannot be processed or is declined, our billig agent will wait for a short while before attempting to reprocess the transaction. Failing this, your account will be terminated by the billig agent, and your access to the member's area will be revoked. If you think everything is OK with your membership and still cannot get access, contact support@fakesclub.com.

  6. I just signed up but get no login or password.
    Connection problems during log in setup could prevent the ability to enter a username and password. In this type of situation, please contact support@fakesclub.com, we will activate you manually. Please include your subscriber id.

Miscellaneous
  1. Are there any problems using AOL?
    No - AOL users should encounter no problems. No plug-ins required, the web site works with all browsers including AOL. Please contact support@fakesclub.com, if you have any problems.

  2. Do you support WebTV?
    Due technical limitations of the WebTV system the Fakeclub web page layout may show up a little crippled in some places, but in most cases WebTV should be able to use the Fakeclub without any problems. Some WebTV users reported problems with the "free" daily newsnet area, but all member areas work fine.

  3. Images are not loading, all i got are red "X"s
    This web site makes a note of which page you came from, and behave accordingly. Please make sure your web browser's "HTTP_REFERER" variable data is not blocked by any programs ( Norton Internet Security, a firewall, proxy, wingate, etc.) If you activate it or tweak some settings within your firewall, you should be fine. Opera browser users, please enable the "Enable referrer logging" option.
